1. Any item may be in new, resellable condition within 15 days of receipt for either a cash refund or exchange.

2. In the event of a defective or incorrect item, the item will be replaced free of charge as quickly as possible, with a full refund issued if a replacement is unavailable.

3. All returned items require an RMA Number. Contact us via the Customer Service tab to receive an RMA Number. Returned items without an RMA Number will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

4. Full or partial refunds for partially used items are available on a case-by-case basis.

Rare Cigar Shop sells cigars and accessories to adults over the age of 21 and of legal smoking age in their state of residence only. By visiting and using our website, creating an account, and/or placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and of legal smoking age in your state of residence. By placing an order on our website, you consent to our use of online services to verify your age. It is unlawful to attempt to purchase cigars if you are under the legal smoking age.

Our website is 100% PCI compliant and secured with 128 bit SSL to protect your information when you enter it into our site during the purchase process. Our website is hosted by Dreamhost.
Rare Cigar Shop keeps a real-time inventory to ensure you have the best information possible when selecting your cigars. While we strive for perfection, on the off chance our inventory is inaccurate and a cigar that was listed is in stock is not available, you will be contacted by email within 24 hours and given the opportunity to change your order, cancel your order, or wait for the product to be replenished. Most out of stock items are replenished in less than one week. While most out of stock products are available for backorder and shipped as soon as they arrive in our shop, some out of stock items are not available for backorders due to limited quantities and unpredictable shipping patterns.
Orders are typically shipped out within 24 hours of the order being placed, or on the next business day if the order is placed on a weekend or holiday. Transit time is typically 2-7 business days depending on the geographic location of the customer. All orders are shipping from 80 Perkins Road, Londonderry, NH 03053. All orders are shipped via either USPS or UPS, selected individually for each customer to minimize transit time and cost. Orders are only shipped within the United States, no international orders are accepted.
