1. Any item may be in new, resellable condition within 15 days of receipt for either a cash refund or exchange.
2. In the event of a defective or incorrect item, the item will be replaced free of charge as quickly as possible, with a full refund issued if a replacement is unavailable.
3. All returned items require an RMA Number. Contact us via the Customer Service tab to receive an RMA Number. Returned items without an RMA Number will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
4. Full or partial refunds for partially used items are available on a case-by-case basis.
